We only ship to EU countries and Switzerland . Shipping costs include VAT and are charged once per order.

📌 Important information:

  1. For deliveries to non-EU countries, customs and import duties apply, which must be borne by the customer.
  2. Cash on delivery fees are €4.00 and are charged in addition to the shipping costs. Cash on delivery payments are only possible in Germany, Austria, Italy and Spain.
  3. RatePAY payment methods (invoice, direct debit, installment payments) are available in some countries. Details can be found in the General Terms and Conditions of Payment for RatePAY at:

💳 Payment options

We offer you various payment options, including:

  • Credit card: Payment will be charged after the order has been placed.
  • Prepayment: You will receive an invoice with a bank transfer slip. The goods will be dispatched after receipt of payment.
  • PayPal: Registration is required for payments via PayPal.
  • iDEAL: A payment option for customers with a checking account and online banking access.
  • RatePAY: Payments by invoice, direct debit or installment payments in cooperation with Ratepay GmbH.

The availability of payment options may vary depending on the credit check . There is no entitlement to payment by invoice.


📦 Delivery times

Your order will usually be dispatched within 5 working days after receipt of payment.
For custom-made items, the delivery time is the production time stated for the respective product.

If delivery was not possible, you will receive a notification from the transport service provider regarding further action.
